Reconstruction of the warehouse object to poly-functional residential building, Bratislava

With the reconstruction of the warehouse object 19 housing units was created in the city center. Administrative spaces are situated on the ground floor. Three-story warehouse building was demolished into ferro-concrete construction and then perimeter walls were masoned with POROTHERM system. New superstructure of the ceiling construction is made of reinforced oncrete. Three new floors were made the same way without skeleton. Roofing system PREFA made the building sunk into the surroundings. Slots fillings are made of aluminium. Object is insulated with BAUMIT system.
